1. What we do

AGI Solutions designs, builds, and launches websites for local businesses in the United States, especially cafés, salons, gyms, clinics, and similar service businesses. Demo pages on this site are concept examples, not claims that those businesses are active client deployments.

2. Packages and scope

Starter Site is a $1,200 one-time build for up to 5 pages, mobile layout, contact form, Google Business setup, basic local SEO, and a target launch in 2 weeks. Growth Site is a $2,900 one-time build for 8-10 pages, lead capture, booking or quote form, full local SEO, included copy, and a target launch in 3 weeks. Pro Site is a $4,900 one-time build with Growth scope plus pro copywriting, conversion design, photo direction, advanced SEO setup, full booking system support, and a target launch in 4 weeks.

3. Payments and agreement

Each package starts with a 50% deposit paid through a secure Stripe checkout link. The final balance is due before or at launch. We never collect card details by phone. Stripe checkout Terms acceptance, together with the package details and any written scope notes we send you, is the agreement mechanism for the project unless both sides sign a separate statement of work.

4. Revisions and timelines

We include reasonable revision rounds during the approved package timeline. Timelines depend on receiving your content, decisions, domain access, and third-party approvals on time. Client delays, missing assets, unavailable accounts, major scope changes, or third-party outages pause the launch clock until the dependency clears.

5. Domains, hosting, and handoff

Domains should be registered or transferred under your ownership wherever practical. The first 30 days of hosting and support are included after launch. After that, you may activate the $79/month Care Plan or receive handoff instructions to self-manage hosting, SSL, backups, domain renewal, and updates before the free month ends.

6. Care Plan

The optional Care Plan includes managed hosting, SSL/security basics, backups, software or static-site updates, domain renewal while managed, and small monthly content edits. It is offered after launch and is not required to buy the initial website.

7. Refunds and satisfaction

Before deposit payment, mockups are free and there is no obligation. After a paid project starts, refunds are handled based on work completed, costs already incurred, and the reason for cancellation. We want the work to feel fair, but we cannot promise unlimited redesigns, guaranteed outcomes, or refunds for completed approved work.

8. No guaranteed results

We build strong technical foundations for local search, speed, conversion, and usability. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, customers, bookings, revenue, platform approvals, or third-party account decisions.

9. Confidentiality and acceptable use

Business details, private assets, and customer information you share with us stay private unless you give us permission to use them in a public case study. You are responsible for ensuring that content, images, claims, licenses, trademarks, and regulated-industry statements you provide are accurate and lawful.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims related to a project is capped at the amount you paid AGI Solutions for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, lost-profit, platform, DNS, hosting-provider, payment-provider, or third-party service issues outside our control.
