1. What we collect

When you fill out our quote form, we collect your name, business name, email, optional phone number, optional Instagram handle, and any notes you choose to share. At the moment, we do not run third-party ad trackers or cross-site profiling on this site. If we add privacy-first analytics later, we will update this page first.

2. What we do with it

We use your information to reply to your quote and follow up about your project. We never sell, rent, or share it with marketers. If we end up working together, we'll ask separately before adding you to any project tools (Slack, Notion, etc.).

3. Where it lives

Form submissions are processed by our automation tools and forwarded to our inbox. We may use service providers such as n8n, email delivery tools, Stripe, Tally, or hosting platforms to operate the sales and onboarding process. We keep inquiry data for up to 12 months unless we need it for an active project, legal obligation, suppression request, or payment record.

4. Your rights

You can ask us to delete anything we have about you at any time. Email info@theagisolutions.com and we'll handle it within 7 days.

5. Children

This site and our services aren't directed at anyone under 16. If you're a kid building a website for your lemonade stand, please ask a parent to fill out the form.

6. Changes

If we update this policy, we'll bump the date at the top and call out anything material on the homepage for at least 30 days.
